Delivery Options

 

Paymentology offers a number of shipping options. You can choose based on the most appropriate cost vs delivery time frame. For orders will normally ship the next working day (during busy periods dispatch times may be longer). 

The cost and features of each shipping option are as follows:

Royal Mail First Class (£2.49)

Normally gift cards will arrive (UK mainland) within 2 working days but during seaonal busy periods The Royal Mail advise allowing up to 5 working days. The fee above includes 1 card. Subsequent cards will be charged an additional £0.75 per card up to thirty cards. For larger orders please contact our customer service desk

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (£3.49)

Special Delivery (£8.49)

Royal Mail aim to deliver by 1pm the next working day. Compensation cover of up to £500 is included. The fee above includes 1 card. Subsequent cards will be charged an additional £0.75 per card up to thirty cards. For larger orders please contact our customer service desk

Please Note: 

If gift cards are lost in shipping you will not normally be entitled to replacement cards. Please ensure that you review your shipment details carefully and where Royal Mail compensation is applicable, further detail on this compensation is available directly on the Royal Mail web site. We can also provide clarification on any matters relating to compensation for cards lost in shipment. Please contact us at our address provided on the footer of the main page of the web site. Paymentology will not accept responsibility for gift cards lost in shipment and choice of shipment method is the choice of the purchaser.

If you are concerned that your gift cards have gone missing in shipment, please contact us and we will do our very best to help in  tracking the shipment. In the event that cards are lost in shipment then if compensation cover applies, Paymentology will seek to recover this from the shipment company and ship replacement cards to you.

Paymentology will only dispatch orders to the address to which the payment card (Debit or Credit) is assigned.
